"First off, I want to say their custumer service is OUTSTANDANDING! My first order, part of it was porch pirated. I ordered a second bar, and it didn't arrive so I reached to them They sent out a replacement soap right away! They person that responded to my email styed in contact with me until it arrived. The bar that didn'r arrive ended up in my ne8ghbour's box while she was in hospital due to the nubers looking similar; it happens. I first came across Maskwiomin on an episode od Land and Sea. I love whet their doing and appreciate their practices. I hope they ach8eve their mission of making a presciption version! I looked them up and bought the Birchbark Orignal Cream and it really lovely. The Extra Strength Soap is so creamy, non drying, and healing. I love the campfire scent! It speaks to ones core spirit as it's super grounding. I didn't think soap cou d be so pleasant and caring for ypur skin. I will continue to purchase, especially in colder weather. I find the brand and it's employees to super honest and stand with integrity. Very happy to have come across that Land and Sea episode. I Love Maskwiomin <3<3<3

"I came across Maskwiomin as they were featured in an episode of Land and Sea (CBC season24, episode 4) I loved their story, traditons, and principles so I Googled them to find their website. I had ordered the original cream because I thought it would make a good compass. I love the scent, texture, and the firming qualities of the cream so much that I ordered the Extra-Strength Soap. Well! I actually have a skin barrier again because of these two products. These fit in nicely with any other topicals I may need fo use however, I haven't really been needing them as much. The restorative qualities of maskwiomin has made my skin brighter, firmer, and softer than it's ever been in my adult life! If you look up what birch bark extract does as a topical, you'll see a lot of global documentation about it's benefits. I've read a lot of negative reviews about the scent but in my experience, by the second or third day I didn't notice it anymore. In fact, I notice slight minty notes. I really love the natural campfire scent in the soap, and I look forward to the pleasure of using it. There's something primal, yet grounding about it. I never thought a soap (and a cream) could improve my skin (loss of elasticity, acne, combo, turning mature, dark spots) like this, and be better for the planet. So thank-you, Duma Young (sorry for spelling your name wrong) for using Mi'kmaw Traditional Medicine passed down from the Ancestors and sharing it with us!"
